What Are Women For? Part 1

And Adam gave names to all cattle, and to the fowl of the air, and to every beast of the field; but for Adam there was not found an help meet for him.

They are for men.

This is not one of those self-satisfied posts that offers a cryptic saying and then stops.  Or rather, it is, but with the promise of more in the future.  A good way to put it is:  this post is meant to frame the question, where the question is: “What does that mean?”  Later posts will answer it.  God bless you and yours.

Uncanny. Two weeks ago, I read your blog in its entirety and was inspired to write a few posts on my own blog, from a position of someone who does mostly philosophy (in loose sense), to someone who does Christianity. I wrote this yesterday:

In natural world, you will soon find that things serve a purpose. Water is to quench your thirst, fire is to heat you up – the idea that a philosophical youngster will come up and start arguing that this is simply your subjective view and expecting you to start justifying yourself is absurd. Things are there to serve you, fire is to warm you up and the beauty of girls is there to… what actually? You look at your hands, man’s hands, made to work and to be mutilated. You look at the heavens wondering. And the bees, in their eternal hum are certainly transmitting a truth subtle and sweet, only you cannot ever put your finger on it. Maybe that is not the only way how to contain it. We’ll see.

Cool huh? I’ll try to get it done asap.

I wrote now, what I planned to write. Check the blog, if you are insterested.

I did this piece today and I though it would be relevant for you, since, if I remember right, you have walked door-to-door for Jesus.
